Run email warmup with Claude

Yes — Claude can set up, tune and monitor email warmup across your mailboxes in WarmySender, all in plain language, through the same 78-tool connection Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, OpenClaw, and Hermes Agent share. You ask in Claude’s chat, on the web or in the desktop app. It never sends a message itself and can never raise a limit: it writes the campaign and hands it to WarmySender’s scheduler, which paces every email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp action inside safe limits no matter who is driving. Connecting and disconnecting accounts stays in the app.

Why Claude for email warmup

You talk to Claude in an ordinary chat window — on the web or in the desktop app — so there is nothing to install on your machine and it works from any computer you sign in to. It connects as a custom connector: open Customize → Connectors, add a custom connector, paste the server address and approve the WarmySender sign-in that opens. Warmup is a check-in-and-adjust job, and a chat window is the natural place for it: ask Claude which mailboxes look weak this week, then turn a whole batch of new mailboxes on in one message. No terminal, no project folder.

What Claude can and cannot do with email warmup

Every "can" below stands on a real tool in the WarmySender connection. Every "cannot" is not a setting — there is simply nothing an agent can call that does it.

Can / cannotWhat that means for email warmup
CanTurn warmup on for a connected mailbox and choose its strategy and target volume.
CanApply the same warmup settings across a whole set of mailboxes in one instruction.
CanList your mailboxes and report on each one’s health before you scale up sending.
CanRead how each mailbox’s reputation is building and today’s warmup volume.
CanMove warmed mailboxes onto steady maintenance so warmup keeps running quietly.
CannotSend the warmup mail itself — WarmySender produces and paces it on a ramp an agent cannot reach.
CannotMake warmup finish faster or skip a stage — the ramp advances on sending days, not on request.
CannotTurn warmup on for a mailbox that is not connected.
CannotConnect a mailbox or see a password — connecting stays in the app.
CannotRemove the small reference tag in warmup subjects that lets you filter warmup mail out of your inbox.

Prefer a key? Create one under Settings › API Keys and choose exactly which permissions it carries, including read-only. With a key, the Claude route is: Paste into your claude_desktop_config.json and restart Claude Desktop.

Both routes reach the same workspace and stay inside the same safe limits. Every agent's steps live on the AI Agents hub.

How a session goes in Claude

  1. Open Claude. Open a new chat in Claude — on the web or in the desktop app — with the WarmySender connector added.
  2. Say what you want. In a Claude chat, web or desktop: "Turn warmup on for all twelve new mailboxes with the new-domain strategy."
  3. Check back whenever you like. Later, in the same chat, ask: "How much warmup mail did the outreach@ mailbox send today, and is it arriving?"
  4. The scheduler does the sending. Claude has only written the plan. WarmySender’s scheduler paces every warmup email inside safe limits and the gradual ramp, and keeps going after the chat window is closed.

Things to say to Claude

Safe by design — no matter who's driving

Claude never sends a message itself and can never raise a limit. Creating or launching a campaign only writes it and hands it to WarmySender's scheduler, which paces every email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp action inside safe limits and a gradual ramp — the same protections that apply when a human clicks the buttons. Connecting and disconnecting accounts stays in the app. Account safety always wins.

Frequently asked questions

Can Claude run email warmup across your mailboxes for me?

Yes. Connect Claude to WarmySender and ask in plain language, in Claude’s chat, on the web or in the desktop app — it can set up, tune and monitor email warmup across your mailboxes. It never sends a message itself and can never raise a limit: it writes the campaign and hands it to WarmySender’s scheduler, which paces every email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp action inside safe limits no matter who is driving. Connecting and disconnecting accounts stays in the app.

How do I connect Claude to WarmySender?

Claude on the web and in the desktop app connects to WarmySender as a custom connector — paste one address, sign in, and every tool is available in the chat. In Claude open Customize → Connectors, choose + then Add custom connector, paste this address and click Add. Claude then opens a WarmySender sign-in — approve it and you are connected. The address to paste is https://warmysender.com/mcp. The steps are on this page under "Connect Claude", and the full install hub for every agent is at /ai-agents.

Can Claude raise my email warmup limits?

No. Nothing an agent can call moves a limit — not the warmup ramp, a stage or the ceiling on a mailbox’s daily warmup volume. Claude can read where you are against a limit and tell you when a pause lifts; WarmySender’s scheduler decides what actually goes out.

Can Claude connect my mailbox?

No. Connecting and disconnecting accounts stays in the app on purpose — a credential should never pass through an agent or a chat log. Connect the mailbox once in WarmySender; after that Claude can use it.

Can Claude make warmup finish faster?

No. Warmup rises gradually on its own schedule and the ramp advances on sending days, so a mailbox that was disconnected for a while is simply a few sending days behind. If warmup slows for one mailbox it is usually a safeguard working — WarmySender eases that mailbox back on its own — and neither you nor an agent can lift that slowdown, because the slowdown is the fix.

Do I need the Claude desktop app, or does Claude on the web work for email warmup?

Both work. Add WarmySender once as a custom connector under Customize → Connectors — paste the address https://warmysender.com/mcp, click Add and approve the sign-in — and ask in whichever Claude chat you use.

Can I use Claude Code instead of the Claude app for email warmup?

Yes. Claude Code registers the same server with one terminal command and signs in the same way; its steps are on the AI Agents hub. This page covers Claude in the web and desktop apps, where no terminal is involved.

Does Claude ever see my WarmySender password?

No. Adding the connector opens a WarmySender sign-in in your browser; you approve it there, and Claude holds only permission to call the tools — which you can remove at any time from Claude’s connector settings.
