1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. No need to contact support — cancellation is self-service and takes effect immediately.

1.2 What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel a subscription:

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time before your billing period ends. Simply visit your Billing page and click "Reactivate." Your subscription will continue as if it was never canceled.

1.4 No Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time on subscription plans. Since you retain full access until your billing period ends, there is no loss of service.

2. Billing

2.1 Subscription Start

The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your paid subscription begins.

2.2 Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Billing page. When upgrading, you are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. LinkedIn Add-On

LinkedIn seat subscriptions follow the same cancellation policy as email subscriptions. Cancel anytime from your Billing page, and your LinkedIn seats remain active until the end of your billing period.

5. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or show evidence of fraudulent activity.
