1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. No need to contact support — cancellation is self-service and takes effect immediately.

1.2 What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel a subscription:

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time before your billing period ends. Simply visit your Billing page and click "Reactivate." Your subscription will continue as if it was never canceled.

1.4 No Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time on subscription plans. Since you retain full access until your billing period ends, there is no loss of service.

2. Free Trial

2.1 Trial Terms

The Pro plan includes a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.

2.2 After the Trial

When your trial ends, your account is downgraded automatically. There are no charges — you must manually subscribe through the Billing page to continue on a paid plan.

3. Lifetime License Refunds

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all lifetime license purchases. If you are not satisfied with WarmySender within 30 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund.

After 30 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable. This is because lifetime plans are one-time purchases designed for long-term use.

3.4 Effect of Refund

Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. All active campaigns will be paused and warmup will be stopped.

4. LinkedIn Add-On

LinkedIn seat subscriptions follow the same cancellation policy as email subscriptions. Cancel anytime from your Billing page, and your LinkedIn seats remain active until the end of your billing period.

5. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or show evidence of fraudulent activity.
