That means no campaign emails, no warmup emails, no LinkedIn or Instagram actions, and no lead or verification credits spent since that payment. Connecting a mailbox, importing contacts, and building a campaign without launching it don't count against you, so you can set everything up and still qualify. It applies to monthly, annual, and 3-year plans, and to your first payment as well as renewals. Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Lead credits and email verification credits aren't refundable to your payment method (unused credits never expire, and credits come back to your balance for anything we couldn't complete — an address we can't confirm is never charged), and LinkedIn or Instagram seats are refundable in the same window only if no account was ever connected to the seat.
