LinkedIn Safety FAQ

Everything you need to know about how WarmySender keeps your LinkedIn account safe. Proxy infrastructure, IP management, warmup ramps, and daily limits explained.

How does your proxy system keep LinkedIn accounts safe?

Every LinkedIn account you connect gets its own dedicated fixed proxy automatically — no configuration needed. The proxy is geo-located near your actual IP address so LinkedIn sees a natural, local connection instead of a suspicious datacenter request. No two accounts share the same IP, eliminating fingerprint overlap. All requests route through the proxy, never directly from our servers.

How many countries do your proxies cover?

We support 40+ countries for proxy locations. By default, the system automatically selects a proxy near your real location for the most natural appearance. You can also choose a specific country if needed, or bring your own proxy with a custom URL.

What types of proxies do you use?

We use a mix of ISP (residential-grade) and datacenter proxies depending on country and availability. LinkedIn does not distinguish between proxy types — what matters is consistency and geo-plausibility. Each account gets a dedicated fixed IP that doesn't rotate and isn't shared with other accounts.

Can I bring my own proxy (BYOP)?

Yes. When connecting a LinkedIn account, you can provide your own proxy URL instead of using our built-in proxies. This is useful if you have specific infrastructure requirements or prefer to use proxies you already manage. Your custom proxy will be used for all requests from that account.

Does each LinkedIn account get its own dedicated IP?

Yes. Every connected LinkedIn account is assigned its own fixed proxy IP address. There is no IP sharing between accounts, no rotation, and no fingerprint overlap. This means LinkedIn sees each account connecting from a single, consistent location — exactly like a real user.

How does the 4-week warmup ramp work for new accounts?

New LinkedIn accounts start with conservative daily limits (around 10 connection requests per day) and gradually increase over 4 weeks to safe maximums (50 invites/day, 150 messages/day). This gradual ramp builds trust with LinkedIn naturally. Accounts with prior restrictions use a longer 8-week recovery ramp with even more conservative starting limits.

What are the safe daily limits for LinkedIn automation?

For established accounts: up to 50 connection requests per day and 150 messages per day. Weekly caps (200 invites/week) and per-minute throttling (2 actions per minute) add extra protection. New accounts start much lower and graduate up over the 4-week warmup period. Premium accounts like Sales Navigator get higher allowances while staying within safe zones.

What happens if LinkedIn restricts my account?

Our system detects restrictions automatically and pauses all activity immediately. You'll see the status in your dashboard with a health score. Most restrictions lift within 24-48 hours of pausing. We track restriction history so you can see patterns. Accounts entering recovery mode use an 8-week ramp before returning to full volume.

Do you support Sales Navigator and Recruiter accounts?

Yes. We automatically detect your LinkedIn account type — whether it's Basic, Premium, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter — and adjust daily limits accordingly. Premium accounts get higher daily allowances while still staying within LinkedIn's safe zones. The proxy and warmup protections apply equally to all account types.

How does health monitoring work?

Our real-time health monitoring system tracks multiple signals from your LinkedIn account: connection acceptance rates, message delivery rates, profile view patterns, and any warning signs from LinkedIn. If the system detects restriction signals, it auto-pauses activity before damage occurs. You can view your account health score and history in the dashboard at any time.

How do you prevent LinkedIn from detecting automation?

Multiple layers: (1) Each account gets its own dedicated fixed proxy near your real location. (2) Actions are spread across human-like time windows with randomized delays. (3) The 4-week warmup ramp builds account trust gradually. (4) Per-minute throttling ensures actions happen at natural speeds. (5) Real-time monitoring detects and responds to warning signs before restrictions occur.

Do browser extensions affect account safety?

Browser-based LinkedIn automation tools are inherently riskier because LinkedIn can detect browser extensions and altered page behavior. WarmySender operates server-side through dedicated proxies, which is fundamentally different from browser extensions. Your browser session remains completely untouched.

What if I travel or change locations frequently?

Your LinkedIn account's proxy remains fixed regardless of where you personally browse LinkedIn. This is actually a benefit — LinkedIn sees consistent login behavior from the proxy location, while your personal browsing happens separately. There's no geo-jumping or sudden location changes that could trigger security alerts.

What is your current restriction rate?

Our current restriction rate across all connected accounts is near-zero. This is maintained through the combination of dedicated proxies, the 4-week warmup ramp, conservative daily limits, real-time health monitoring, and automatic pausing when warning signs appear.

How do I get started with LinkedIn automation?

LinkedIn automation is available as a paid add-on at $7/seat/month on any plan. Once activated, connect your LinkedIn account — the system automatically assigns a dedicated proxy and starts the 4-week warmup ramp. You can create campaigns with connection requests, messages, InMail, profile views, and post engagement.
