Can someone other than the workspace creator pay for the plan?
Yes. The plan belongs to the workspace, not to one person — so whoever pays, everyone in that workspace gets the plan.
Who can pay
The workspace owner or any admin can buy the plan. Paying does not change anyone's role: the owner stays the owner, and an admin who pays stays an admin. It also does not move anyone between workspaces.
One workspace, one plan
A workspace can only be on one plan at a time. If someone in your workspace has already paid, checkout will let the others know instead of charging a second card — so a team can't accidentally end up paying twice for the same workspace.
If you have more than one workspace, each is a separate plan. Buying a plan applies it to the workspace you are currently in, so switch to the workspace you want covered before you subscribe.
What everyone in the workspace gets
Once the workspace is on a paid plan, every member works under it — sending, warmup, LinkedIn and Instagram all run on the workspace's plan. Nobody else needs to buy anything of their own.
Example
You create the workspace and invite a colleague as an admin. Your colleague pays for Pro. The workspace is now on Pro, both of you have full access, you are still the owner, and your colleague is still an admin. Pro covers 2 team members, so if you want a third person you would move up to Enterprise, which covers 4.
Billing details stay private
Payment details and invoices are only visible to the person who bought the plan. Other members see that the workspace is on a paid plan, not who paid or what card was used.
If something looks wrong
If you have paid and the workspace still looks like it is on no plan, reply to us with the email address you paid with and we'll sort it out.
