I exceeded my monthly email limit — what happens?
When you reach your monthly email quota, campaign sending pauses automatically until your quota resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
Monthly quotas by plan:
- Pro: 10,000 emails/month
- Business: 50,000 emails/month
- Enterprise: 100,000 emails/month
- Ultimate: 300,000 emails/month
What happens:
- Campaigns pause — no more campaign emails are sent until quota resets
- Warmup continues to operate (warmup has its own allocation)
- You receive a notification that your limit has been reached
- Your data and settings are fully preserved
Options to resolve:
- Wait for your next billing cycle — your quota resets automatically when your subscription renews
- Upgrade your plan — higher plans take effect immediately with the new quota
- Add more mailboxes and stagger campaigns across billing cycles to stay within limits
