Save only confirmed addresses from verification
When a verification finishes, WarmySender gathers the addresses that are ready to use in a campaign into a clean list: Valid (the mailbox was confirmed) plus Risky (the company's mail server accepts every address, so that one inbox cannot be confirmed). Many catch-all addresses still deliver, so that mix is the default on purpose.
If you want Valid only — confirmed mailboxes, no catch-all mixed in — you can do that without downloading a spreadsheet, filtering it by hand, and uploading it again. This page is the how-to.
WarmySender runs your outreach on autopilot with AI agents, across Cold Email, Email Warmup, LinkedIn, Instagram and Multichannel sequences — plus real-time email verification. An agent connected to your workspace can build a confirmed-only list in plain language, but it never sends a message on its own and can never raise a limit; WarmySender's scheduler paces every send inside safe per-account caps and the warmup ramp no matter who's driving.
Filter the results, then save that view
- Open the finished run on the Email Verifier.
- Use the filter buttons: Valid, Risky, Campaign-ready (Valid + Risky), or the others.
- On Valid or Risky, click Save Valid as a list (or Save Risky as a list). That creates a separate list — it does not replace the campaign-ready list named after your original with “- Verified” on the end.
- Click Use in campaign on that new list when you want to send to it.
The automatic list after “Verify a List”, and the Create clean list button, still build the campaign-ready mix. Confirmed-only is an extra list you choose, not a replacement.
Download matches what you see
Download now follows the same filter as the table. If you are looking at Valid, the file is Valid only, and the filename says so. With no filter (All), you still get every row — the same as a bookmark that never passed a filter.
Ask your agent
An agent that can create and manage campaigns can also build this list. Ask it to turn the finished check into a list of confirmed addresses only. The default, if you do not specify, is still the campaign-ready mix (confirmed plus catch-all), with both counts returned so you can see the split.
Connecting or disconnecting accounts stays in the app. The agent never sends a message directly and can never raise a limit.
Frequently asked questions
Does this change the list that is created automatically?
No. The automatic “- Verified” list and “Create clean list” still include Valid and Risky together. Confirmed-only is a second list you create when you want it.
Does Download still mix Valid and Risky?
Only when you have not filtered the table (All). If you filter to Valid, Risky, or Campaign-ready, the file matches that view.
Should I leave Risky out?
Only if you want extra caution — for example a brand-new sending domain. Many catch-all addresses still deliver. Invalid addresses are always kept out of sending.
Can my AI agent do this?
Yes. Ask it to save only the confirmed addresses from a finished verification. If you do not specify, it still builds the campaign-ready mix.
