Instagram Seats & Billing
The Instagram add-on is $20 per seat per month, or $165 per seat per year — one seat per Instagram account you connect and run. Add, adjust, or cancel seats any time from the Billing page. Each seat unlocks full outreach for one account: sequences, real-time inbox, and analytics, all inside the safe daily and hourly limits that protect the account.

Which workspace a seat belongs to: a seat lives in the workspace you bought it in, so its account is available in that workspace. If you need the seat in a different workspace, you can move it from the Billing page — you don't have to buy a new one.
What you need first: an active paid WarmySender plan. Instagram is an add-on on top of your plan, available on any paid tier. If you're on the free tier, upgrade first, then add Instagram seats.
Add seats:
1) Go to Billing and find the Instagram add-on card.
2) Choose how many seats you want (one per account you plan to connect) and whether to bill monthly or yearly.
3) Confirm — your seats are ready right away, and you can head to Instagram > Accounts to connect your account(s).
If you're adding seats to a plan you already pay for, the new seats are prorated so you only pay for the remaining part of the current billing period.
Add more later: need another account? Add another seat any time from the same Billing card — connect the new account once the seat is active.
Reduce or cancel seats: you can lower your seat count or cancel the Instagram add-on from the Billing page. Changes to reduce seats take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the seats you've paid for until then — nothing is cut off mid-cycle. Your connected account and its conversation history remain visible; only new outreach stops when a seat is removed.
Monthly vs yearly: monthly gives you flexibility to change month to month; yearly locks in the lower per-seat rate. You can start monthly and switch to yearly later to save.
