How does LinkedIn add-on billing work?
The LinkedIn add-on is a separate subscription billed at $20/seat/month (or $120/seat/year — 50% off — on annual billing), available on any paid plan. Seats added before July 6, 2026 keep the rate they were created at — existing customers are never moved to the new price. New orders are $20/seat/month, or $120/seat/year (50% off).
Key details:
- Each seat allows one connected LinkedIn account
- Minimum 1 seat, maximum 10 seats per workspace
- Billed monthly, separately from your main email plan
- Can be bundled during initial checkout or added later from the Billing page
Adding LinkedIn seats:
- Go to the Billing page
- Click 'Add LinkedIn Seats' (or manage existing seats)
- Choose how many seats you need
- Payment is processed via Stripe
Canceling LinkedIn seats:
- Cancel from the Billing page
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- LinkedIn accounts are disconnected and campaigns paused only after the billing period ends
IMPORTANT: LinkedIn seats require an active paid email subscription. If your main subscription (Pro/Enterprise/Ultimate) is canceled or becomes inactive, your LinkedIn accounts will be disconnected and LinkedIn campaigns will be paused — even if your LinkedIn seat subscription is still active. The LinkedIn add-on cannot function without a base email plan.
Canceling only the LinkedIn add-on does NOT affect your email plan or email campaigns.
