Can't sign in, or your session expired

First, the thing most people expect and won't find: WarmySender has no passwords. There is nothing to forget, nothing to reset, and no 'Forgot Password' link — because there is no password on your account to begin with.

How signing in actually works
1) Enter your email address on the sign-in screen.
2) We email you a 6-digit code.
3) Type the code in and you're in.
That's the whole flow, every time. If a page or an old article ever tells you to reset a password, it's out of date — ignore it.

The code hasn't arrived
Start with the quick checks:
• Look in your spam or junk folder — it's the most common place codes end up. Marking the message as 'not spam' helps future ones land in your inbox.
• Give it a minute. Codes usually arrive within seconds, but a busy email provider can add a short delay.
• Check the address you entered. If it wasn't the one your account is under, the code went there instead (see 'My account looks empty' below).

If it still hasn't turned up, don't keep requesting new ones — a new code travels exactly the same path as the last one, so it will do the same thing. Sometimes the hold-up is at your end, and sometimes it's at ours. Either way you don't have to sit and wait for it. Any of these will get you in:

The code says it's expired or invalid
Codes are short-lived on purpose, so an old email won't let anyone in later. If yours has expired, request a new one and use the most recent email — an older code in your inbox will not work. Type the digits rather than pasting, in case a stray space came along with the copy.

My account looks empty, or I'm being asked to choose a plan I already pay for
This usually means you're signed in with a different email address than the one you subscribed with — not that anything is lost. People sign up with a work address and later sign in with a personal one, or with a slightly different spelling, or with an address that forwards into the same inbox. Everything you set up is safe under the other address.
To check: compare the email address shown in Settings against the address on your billing receipt or card statement. If they differ, use the 'Try another email address' option on the sign-in screen — enter the other address and we'll send a sign-in code straight to it, so you can get into the right account without starting over. Do not delete the empty-looking account; it won't stop any billing and it can't be undone. See /documentation/cancel-or-delete-your-account.

Session expired / you were signed out
Sessions last 30 days. After that you sign in again with a fresh code. That's normal security behaviour, not a fault.

Browser issues
• Clear cookies and cache for warmysender.com.
• Try a private / incognito window.
• Turn off extensions that block cookies (ad blockers, privacy tools) for warmysender.com.
• Make sure cookies are enabled for warmysender.com — sign-in can't be remembered without them.

Multiple workspaces
If you belong to more than one workspace, you're in one at a time. Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to move between them.

Access limited after a subscription ends
If your subscription expired or was cancelled, you can still sign in — access is just limited to the Billing page so you can reactivate.

Too many attempts
After a lot of rapid sign-in attempts you may be asked to wait a few minutes before trying again. Give it about 15 minutes and try once more.

Invited to a workspace but can't get in
• Make sure you opened the invitation email and clicked the link in it.
• Sign in with the exact email address the invitation was sent to — an invitation is tied to that address.
• Ask the workspace owner to check your invitation status in Settings > Team.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] — from any address you can send from — and tell us the address your account is under and what you see on screen. We answer within 24 hours on business days.
