How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page.
To change your plan:
- Go to the Billing page (click your profile > Billing, or navigate to /billing)
- Click 'Change Plan'
- Select your new plan
- If you have a promo code, enter it to see the discounted price
- Confirm the change
Upgrading:
- Takes effect immediately
- Billing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining time in your current billing cycle
- Your new quotas (emails, leads, verifier credits) are available right away
Downgrading:
- Takes effect immediately
- You receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current cycle
- Your existing data (mailboxes, campaigns, prospects) is preserved
- If you have more workspaces than your new plan allows, they are NOT deleted — you just cannot create new ones
- Your sending limits will adjust to the new plan's quotas
If you are on a free trial (no credit card on file), changing plans will take you through a full checkout process.
