Connect WarmySender to Claude

You can connect WarmySender to Claude and then run your outreach simply by chatting — ask Claude to start a campaign, enroll prospects, check how your mailboxes are warming up, or review your LinkedIn replies, and it works directly in your WarmySender workspace. This guide walks you through adding the connector in Claude (on the web and in the desktop app), the two ways to sign in, and the one quick fix if the connector stays greyed out. The short version of that fix: make sure you're signed in to warmysender.com first, then authorize the connector again.

WarmySender is a 4-pillar outreach platform — Cold Emailing, Email Warmup, LinkedIn Outreach, and Multichannel sequences. The Claude connector lets you drive all of it in plain language, while WarmySender keeps every send inside its normal safe limits behind the scenes.

What the connector does

The connector gives Claude a safe, read-and-act link to your own WarmySender workspace — the same account you use in your browser. Once it's connected, you can ask Claude in everyday language to do the things you'd normally click through the app:

Everything Claude does runs through WarmySender's normal safety rules. Even if you ask Claude to do a lot at once, your emails still send at their measured, reputation-safe pace and your LinkedIn actions still stay within their daily limits and ramp schedule. The connector can't speed past those protections — account safety always comes first.

Before you start

Two quick things to have ready:

How to add WarmySender in Claude

The steps are the same idea on the web and in the desktop app — you add WarmySender as a connector, then authorize it once. Here's the web version, with the desktop notes alongside.

In Claude on the web

  1. Sign in to warmysender.com first. In the same browser you'll use for Claude, open warmysender.com and sign in to your account. Doing this first is what lets the connector turn on cleanly in the next steps.
  2. Open Claude's connector settings. In Claude, go to your settings and find the connectors (sometimes called integrations) section, then choose to add a connector.
  3. Point it at WarmySender. When Claude asks for the connector's address, enter https://warmysender.com/mcp and continue.
  4. Authorize the connection. A WarmySender approval screen appears asking you to allow Claude to work with your workspace. Review it and approve. Because you're already signed in to warmysender.com, this completes in a couple of clicks.
  5. Done. The connector shows as connected, and you can start asking Claude to run your campaigns, check warmup, and review LinkedIn replies.

In the Claude desktop app

It's the same flow: open the desktop app's connector settings, add a connector, and point it at https://warmysender.com/mcp. When the WarmySender approval screen opens, sign in to your warmysender.com account if you're prompted, approve the connection, and you're set. If you'd rather not sign in through that screen, you can connect with a workspace key instead — see below.

Two ways to sign in

You can connect either way — pick whichever is easier for you:

If the connector stays greyed out

By far the most common reason a connector won't turn on is simply that you weren't signed in to warmysender.com in your browser when you tried to authorize it — so the approval couldn't finish. It's an easy fix and nothing is broken:

  1. Open warmysender.com in the same browser and sign in to your account.
  2. Go back to Claude and authorize the WarmySender connector again. This time the approval screen recognizes you and completes, and the connector switches from greyed out to connected.

A couple of other quick checks if it still won't connect: make sure the connector address is exactly https://warmysender.com/mcp, and confirm you're on a paid plan (the connector is included with paid plans). If you'd rather skip the sign-in screen entirely, connecting with a workspace key avoids it. Still stuck? Just reply to support and we'll help — see Still need a hand? below.

Is it safe to let Claude run my campaigns?

Yes. The connector only ever works inside your own workspace, and you choose when to approve it. Just as importantly, nothing Claude asks for can outrun WarmySender's safety rules: your emails always send at their reputation-safe pace, your warmup keeps to its gentle ramp, and your LinkedIn actions stay within their daily and weekly limits and ramp schedule. If you ask Claude to enroll a large list, WarmySender still paces it out safely rather than sending everything at once. You stay in control, and you can stop the connection at any time from Claude's connector settings.

Frequently asked questions

What is the WarmySender connector for Claude?

It's a safe link between Claude and your WarmySender workspace that lets you run your outreach by chatting. Once it's connected, you can ask Claude in plain language to start cold email campaigns, add prospects, check how your warmup is going, and review your LinkedIn replies — all in your own account, and all within WarmySender's normal safe sending limits.

How do I add WarmySender in Claude?

Sign in to warmysender.com in your browser first, then in Claude open the connectors (or integrations) settings and add a connector pointing at https://warmysender.com/mcp. When the WarmySender approval screen appears, approve it. The same steps work in Claude on the web and in the Claude desktop app. Because you're already signed in to warmysender.com, the approval finishes in a couple of clicks.

Why is the connector greyed out or inactive?

Almost always because you weren't signed in to warmysender.com when you tried to authorize it, so the approval couldn't complete. The fix is quick: open warmysender.com in the same browser and sign in, then go back to Claude and authorize the WarmySender connector again — it will switch from greyed out to connected. Also double-check the address is exactly https://warmysender.com/mcp and that you're on a paid plan.

Do I need a paid plan?

Yes. The connector is available on paid plans and is included at no extra charge — there's no separate add-on to buy. If you're on the free plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade first; you can see current plans on the billing page. Once you're on a paid plan, the connector is ready to use.

Do I have to sign in, or can I use a key?

Either works. The simplest path is to sign in with your warmysender.com account on the approval screen. If you'd rather not — for example on a shared or headless setup — you can create a workspace key in WarmySender and give that to Claude instead. The "connect an assistant" page shows where to create the key. A workspace key works with any assistant, not only Claude.

Is it safe to let Claude send on my behalf?

Yes. Everything the connector does runs through WarmySender's normal safety rules, so your emails still send at a measured, reputation-safe pace and your LinkedIn actions stay within their daily limits and ramp schedule — the connector can't bypass any of that. It only works inside the workspace you approve, and you can disconnect it from Claude's connector settings whenever you like.

Does this only work with Claude?

No. Claude is fully supported with this simple connector flow, and other assistants can connect too. The "connect an assistant" page has one-paste setup snippets for Claude and several other tools, so you can drive your WarmySender campaigns from whichever assistant you prefer.
