How many leads do I get, and how do lead credits work?

Short answer: your plan includes a set number of B2B leads every month — 1,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Business, 15,000 on Enterprise, and 30,000 on Ultimate — and those monthly leads are spread evenly across the month, so you get a portion each day (roughly your monthly total divided by 30). Searching and browsing the database are always free: a lead is only ever spent when you save it to a list or export it, and each email is shown masked until you save or reveal it. If you need more than a day's share, or more than your whole monthly allowance, lead credits cover the overflow — they never expire, they skip the daily pace, and you can keep building your list the moment you buy them.

WarmySender runs your outreach on autopilot with AI agents, across Cold Email, Email Warmup, LinkedIn, Instagram and Multichannel sequences — plus real-time email verification. The B2B lead database feeds all of them: find the right people, save them to a list, and launch a campaign or a multichannel sequence in minutes.

How many leads does each plan include?

Every paid plan comes with a monthly allowance of leads. Your monthly allowance refreshes on your own billing anniversary — the same day each month you first subscribed — and it works the same whether you pay monthly or annually.

Plan Leads per month Roughly per day
Pro 1,000 ~33/day
Business Existing customers 5,000 ~166/day
Enterprise 15,000 ~500/day
Ultimate 30,000 ~1,000/day

The Business plan is no longer offered to new customers — if you're already on it, you keep your plan and its 5,000 leads a month. New signups start on Pro. The pricing page always shows the current per-plan numbers, and you can see your remaining monthly leads, today's share, and any lead-credit balance right at the top of the Leads page.

Why my leads are spread across the month (the daily pace)

Rather than handing you the whole month's leads on day one, WarmySender spreads them evenly across the month — so a portion becomes available to save each day. Your daily share is simply your monthly allowance divided across the month, which works out to about your monthly total ÷ 30. On Enterprise, for example, 15,000 leads a month is roughly 500 a day; on Pro, 1,000 a month is roughly 33 a day.

This isn't a restriction for its own sake — it's there to help you in two ways:

The daily pace is perfect for ongoing prospecting — a batch each day, week after week. What it's not ideal for is the moment you need a big list today: a launch, a new market, a client project that just landed. That's what lead credits are for.

Browsing is free — you only spend a lead when you save or export

You can search the entire database, stack filters, and page through as many results as you like without spending anything. A lead only counts when you take it out of the database and into your own account:

So the honest way to think about it: your monthly leads (and any credits) are a budget for keeping contacts, not for looking at them. Browse freely, then spend when you save the people you actually want to reach. For how to narrow the pool efficiently, see how to find your ideal leads with filters.

Lead credits: keep going past today's limit or your monthly allowance

Lead credits are an optional top-up that sits alongside your plan's monthly leads. They exist for exactly two moments:

The key facts about lead credits:

An Enterprise plan = 15,000 leads/month ≈ 500/day. Say a client project lands and you need 2,000 leads today. You save your ~500 daily share from the plan, then lead credits cover the remaining ~1,500 instantly — and because credits never expire, whatever's left over is waiting for the next project.

Lead credit packs

Credits come in one-time packs, so you can buy exactly what you need. Every pack never expires, and the larger the pack, the lower the cost per lead. Here's the full lineup:

Lead credits Price Per 1,000 leads
10,000 $15 $1.5
30,000 $39 $1.3
75,000 Best value $79 $1.05
150,000 $139 $0.93
350,000 $299 $0.85

Prices are one-time and in US dollars. Credits never expire, so there's no rush to use a pack — buy the size that fits the list you have in mind, and keep whatever you don't spend for next time.

How to buy lead credits

Credits are added to your account instantly — there's nothing to schedule or activate:

  1. Open the Leads page from the sidebar.
  2. Choose Buy credits and pick a lead credit pack — from 10,000 leads up to 350,000, whichever fits the list you have in mind.
  3. Check out securely. Your credits are added right away — your balance goes up by the number of leads in the pack, ready to use immediately.
  4. Keep saving. Your plan's daily share is used first; once that's spent, your saves and exports draw from your credits — with no daily pace on the credit portion.

Because credits never expire, there's no rush to use a pack — buy a larger one now and draw it down over time if that's simpler. You need an active paid plan to use the lead database and buy credits.

Lead credits vs. upgrading your plan

Both give you more leads — they just fit different needs:

Many people do both: a plan sized for their normal monthly rhythm, plus a pack of credits on hand for the occasional big push.

Frequently asked questions

How many leads do I get per month?

It depends on your plan: Pro includes 1,000 leads a month, Business 5,000, Enterprise 15,000, and Ultimate 30,000. Your monthly allowance refreshes on your billing anniversary (the same day each month you first subscribed), and it works the same whether you pay monthly or annually. The Business plan is no longer sold to new customers, but existing Business subscribers keep their 5,000 leads a month. You can always see your remaining monthly leads at the top of the Leads page, and the pricing page shows the current per-plan numbers.

Why can I only save a certain number of leads each day?

Your monthly leads are spread evenly across the month, so a portion becomes available each day rather than the whole month landing at once. Your daily share is roughly your monthly allowance divided by 30 — about 33 a day on Pro, 166 on Business, 500 on Enterprise, and 1,000 on Ultimate. Spreading the allowance means you always have fresh leads to save whenever you prospect, instead of burning a month's worth in one sitting and running dry. If you need more than a day's share right now, lead credits skip the daily pace so you can keep going immediately.

Does searching or browsing cost me leads?

No. Searching, filtering, and paging through results are always free — you're never charged just for looking. A lead is only spent when you save it to a list or export it. In search results each email shows masked (partly hidden), and the full address appears once you save the lead. Re-saving a contact you already have is free too, so you're never charged twice for the same person.

What are lead credits and how do they work?

Lead credits are a one-time top-up you can buy to keep going past your daily share or your whole monthly allowance. They never expire and they aren't held to the daily pace, so they're the fastest way to build a big list right now. Your plan's leads are always spent first — credits sit in reserve and only draw down once your daily (or monthly) allowance is used up. One credit saves or exports one new lead, exactly like a plan lead; browsing and re-saving already-saved leads stay free.

Do lead credits expire?

No. Purchased lead credits never expire, so whatever you don't use is waiting for the next time you need it — this month, next month, or much later. That's a key difference from your plan's monthly leads, which refresh each month on your billing anniversary and don't roll over. Buy a pack once and draw on it whenever a big or one-off list comes up.

How much do lead credit packs cost?

Lead credits come in one-time packs — 10,000 leads for $15, 30,000 leads for $39, 75,000 leads for $79, 150,000 leads for $139, 350,000 leads for $299. The larger the pack, the lower the cost per lead. Prices are one-time and in US dollars, and every pack never expires. You can buy a pack any time from the Leads page; your balance goes up immediately and is ready to use.

What happens when I run out of leads?

If you reach today's share, saving pauses only until it refreshes the next day — your monthly allowance is untouched, and you can pick up right where you left off. If you use up your whole monthly allowance, saving pauses until it refreshes on your next billing anniversary. In either case you can keep going immediately with lead credits (which skip the daily pace), or upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allowance and daily share. Browsing the database stays free the whole time, and anything you've already saved stays in your lists.

Should I buy lead credits or upgrade my plan?

Buy lead credits when your need is occasional — a one-off big list, a client project, or a new market — or when you want to clear a large list right away and keep a reserve on hand; credits never expire and skip the daily pace. Upgrade your plan when you save large numbers of leads most months: a higher plan raises your monthly leads and daily share for good, and adds more sending volume and mailboxes too. Many people do both — a plan for their normal rhythm, plus credits on hand for the occasional big push.
