Your campaign draft is saved automatically

The short version

You won't lose your campaign setup. As you build a campaign in WarmySender, your work is saved automatically as you go — and it's saved to your account, not just to one browser. A small "Draft saved" indicator confirms your progress is being kept. If you accidentally refresh the page, close the tab, lose your connection, run into an error partway through creating the campaign, or even move to a different computer or browser, your draft is still there. The next time you open the campaign builder, WarmySender offers to restore it so you can pick up exactly where you left off.

WarmySender is a 4-pillar outreach platform — Cold Emailing, Email Warmup, LinkedIn Outreach, and Multichannel sequences. This page is part of the cold emailing setup pillar: building a campaign without the fear of losing your work.

What gets saved as you build

The campaign builder keeps a running copy of your in-progress setup and stores it with your account, so it's safe even if you close everything down or change devices. That includes the things that take the most effort to recreate:

Autosave is your safety net while you're still building. It's separate from formally launching the campaign — a saved draft is simply a campaign you haven't finished and started yet, waiting for you to come back to it.

The "Draft saved" indicator

While you build, WarmySender shows a small "Draft saved" note in the campaign builder. It's your at-a-glance confirmation that your latest changes — the step you just wrote, the list you just attached, the schedule you just set — have been kept. You don't have to remember to press save: it happens for you as you work. There's no separate "save draft" button to hunt for, and nothing extra to do to make your progress stick.

The "Resume your draft?" prompt

If you leave the campaign builder before finishing — on purpose or by accident — and then come back to start a campaign, WarmySender notices that you have a draft waiting and asks what you'd like to do:

Nothing is decided for you. The draft simply waits until you tell WarmySender whether to bring it back or start something new. And because your draft is kept with your account, the prompt finds it even if you sign in from a different computer or browser than the one you started on.

A worked example

Say you start building a 4-step cold email campaign on your laptop. You've named it "Q3 Agencies — North America," written the step 1 email, added two follow-ups, and attached a 500-prospect list. You're partway through writing the third follow-up when you have to leave — you close the laptop and head out, the whole time seeing that quiet "Draft saved" note in the builder.

Later, you open WarmySender on a different computer, head to Campaigns, and start a new one. Instead of an empty form, you see "Resume your draft?". You click Resume draft. The builder reopens with the campaign name, all four steps, the two finished follow-ups, the half-written third follow-up, the attached prospect list, and your selected mailboxes — all exactly as they were on your laptop. You finish the last follow-up and launch. Nothing was lost, you switched machines mid-build, and you didn't have to rebuild a thing.

Account safety and your data

Autosave is purely about not losing your work in the builder — it never sends anything. A draft is just a draft: no emails go out, no LinkedIn actions happen, and no prospect is contacted until you finish the campaign and launch it. Your daily sending limits, warmup, and ramp schedule are completely untouched by having a draft saved. Account safety always wins: a draft sitting in the builder is inert.

Because the draft is kept with your account, it's available wherever you sign in — the same computer, a different one, or a different browser. Switch machines mid-build and your work follows you. When you're ready, just finish the campaign and launch it; until then, your draft waits safely for you to come back.

Common questions

I closed the tab by accident before finishing. Is my campaign gone?

No. Your work is saved automatically to your account as you build, so it's waiting for you. Go to Campaigns › New Campaign and you'll see the "Resume your draft?" prompt. Click Resume draft to get everything back, exactly as you left it.

I hit an error while creating the campaign. Did I lose my setup?

No. Autosave runs continuously as you build — you'll see the "Draft saved" note while you work — so an error mid-setup doesn't wipe your work. Come back to the campaign builder and choose Resume draft to restore your steps, messages, and selections.

How do I get rid of a draft I don't want anymore?

When the "Resume your draft?" prompt appears, choose Start fresh. That sets the draft aside and opens a clean, empty builder. Your other saved and live campaigns are untouched.

Will the draft show up on my other computer?

Yes. Because your draft is kept with your account, it follows you everywhere you sign in — a different computer, a different browser, or back on the one you started with. Open the campaign builder on the new device, choose Resume draft, and your in-progress campaign is restored just as it was.

Does having a draft saved send anything or affect my sending?

No. A draft is inert — it never sends emails or runs LinkedIn actions, and it has zero effect on your daily limits, warmup, or ramp. Nothing reaches a prospect until you finish the campaign and click launch.

I built most of a campaign yesterday. Can I still resume it today?

Yes. Your draft is kept with your account, so it's there when you come back — later the same day, the next day, or from a different device. Open the campaign builder and choose Resume draft to pick up right where you left off.
