How Do I Find Leads With Phone Numbers?
Short answer: open Leads, search for the people you want, then open More filters and tick Has phone. Only leads with a phone number on file are shown. Select the ones you want and click Save to List. Once a lead is saved, its full phone number appears on the contact.
Step by step:
- Open Leads in the menu.
- Search the way you normally would: job title, country, industry, company size and so on.
- Click More filters and tick Has phone. The results now show only leads that have a phone number.
- Look at the Phone column. Before you save a lead, its number is partly hidden (shown with dots).
- Tick the leads you want and click Save to List (or Export). The full phone number is then shown on each saved contact, in the list, on the contact card and in your export.
What it costs: searching and browsing are always free. Saving or exporting a new lead uses 1 lead from your monthly allowance (or 1 lead credit once today's share is used), and that one lead includes both the email address and the phone number. Good to know:
- Not every lead has a phone number. Has phone keeps only the ones that do, so expect fewer results than without the filter.
- The number is the one on file for that person. The database doesn't say whether it is a mobile or an office line, so check before you rely on it for text messages or WhatsApp.
- You can combine Has phone with any other filter, including the email filter, if you want leads that have both.
