Managing Prospects & Contacts

Prospects are your campaign contacts, managed from the Prospects page:

Global Statuses:

Adding Prospects:

Prospect Lists:
Organize contacts into named lists with custom colors. Each list tracks its prospect count. Use lists to:
• Segment contacts by industry, role, or campaign
• Create campaigns from specific lists
• Keep imported batches organized

Bulk Operations:

Bulk-Suppress Selected Contacts (Never Email Them Again):
When you want to stop reaching a group of people for good — competitors, existing customers, anyone who asked not to be contacted — you can suppress them straight from this list without leaving the page:
1) Tick the checkboxes next to the people you want to suppress (or use 'Select all' to grab everyone matching your current filters).
2) Choose the 'Suppress' bulk action.
3) Confirm. Those addresses are added to your workspace blocklist and are immediately skipped by every campaign — the current one and any future one.
This is the fastest way to suppress a handful or a whole filtered segment at once. For uploading a long external list of addresses or whole domains you never want to email, use Settings → Blocklist → Import CSV instead (see 'Suppression Lists & Compliance'). Suppressing does not delete the contacts — they stay in your account marked Suppressed, and you can see them anytime by filtering the list to the Suppressed status.

Filtering & Search:

Each prospect also has per-campaign statuses: new, contacted, replied (positive/neutral/negative), bounced, unsubscribed, DNC — these are tracked independently for each campaign the prospect is enrolled in.
