Prospect Lists & Campaign Creation
Prospect Lists help you organize contacts and streamline campaign creation:
Creating Lists:
- Go to Prospects and click 'New List' in the sidebar
- Give your list a name and optional color
- Add prospects to lists via bulk operations or during import
Using Lists for Campaigns:
- From the Leads page 'Saved Leads' tab: select a prospect list and click 'Create Campaign from List'
- This navigates to the campaign creation wizard with the list pre-selected
- From Prospects page: select prospects, bulk 'Add to Campaign'
List Management:
- Each list shows a count of prospects
- Prospects can belong to multiple lists simultaneously
- Deleting a list does not delete the prospects — they remain in your workspace
Import to Lists:
When importing via CSV, you can choose to add imported prospects to an existing list or create a new one during the import wizard.
Best Practices:
- Create separate lists for different industries, roles, or campaigns
- Use descriptive names (e.g., 'SaaS CTOs - March 2026', 'E-commerce Decision Makers')
- Review and clean lists before creating campaigns — remove bounced or unsubscribed contacts
