How Do I Get Leads From LinkedIn?
Short answer: connect a LinkedIn account first, then use LinkedIn > Find Prospects to search, or LinkedIn > Audiences to import people from a LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator list, profile links or a spreadsheet. The people you import become an Audience you can add to a LinkedIn or multichannel campaign.
Before you start: LinkedIn is an add-on channel. You need a LinkedIn seat and a connected LinkedIn account. Add a seat in Billing, then connect your profile in LinkedIn > Accounts. AppSumo lifetime plans don't include LinkedIn, but you can add a seat to them. Setup guide: /documentation/linkedin
Option 1 — import a LinkedIn search (the quickest way):
- On LinkedIn, run a people search with the filters you want and copy the address from your browser bar (it looks like linkedin.com/search/results/people/...).
- In WarmySender open LinkedIn > Audiences and click Create Audience (or open an existing audience).
- Click Add Profiles, choose Import from URL, pick your LinkedIn account and paste the address.
- Click Start Import. Up to 2,500 profiles are brought in from one address, and you can watch the progress.

Option 3 — specific people: in Add Profiles choose Paste URLs and paste one or more profile links (linkedin.com/in/...), or choose Upload CSV to import a spreadsheet of profile links.

Good to know: a LinkedIn profile doesn't include an email address, so people imported from LinkedIn arrive without one. Their LinkedIn steps run as normal, and email steps are skipped for them until they have an email address.
