LinkedIn Outreach Overview

The LinkedIn add-on lets you run full LinkedIn outreach from inside WarmySender — find prospects, connect and message them across multi-step campaigns, engage with and publish content, manage every reply from a unified inbox, and rotate across several LinkedIn accounts — all paced by a built-in safety system that protects your accounts. Here's everything it can do.

OUTREACH — reach and follow up with prospects
• Connection requests, with a personalized note — Send an invite with a note that uses each prospect's details, e.g. 'Hi {{first_name}}, loved your post on onboarding — would love to connect.'
• Follow-up messages — Once someone connects, send a message (or a sequence of messages with waits between them), e.g. a soft intro after they accept, then a value-add a few days later.
• InMail to people you're not connected to — On a Premium, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter account, message a prospect directly without connecting first.
• Profile views — Warm a prospect up by viewing their profile before you reach out, so your name is already familiar.
• Multi-step campaigns with smart branches and A/B testing — Build a sequence like View profile → Send invite → Wait for accept → Send message → Wait for reply, with branches that react to what happens ('if connected, do this; if they reply, stop'), and test two versions of a message to see which gets more replies.

ENGAGE & PUBLISH — build presence, not just DMs
• Like and comment on posts — Engage with a prospect's or account's posts, e.g. leave a genuine comment on a lead's update before sending an invite.
• Endorse skills — Endorse a connection's skill as a light, friendly touchpoint that often prompts a reply.
• Publish and schedule posts, with media — Write a post, attach an image, and share it now or schedule it for later — from your personal profile or a company page you manage — e.g. line up a week of posts in advance.

FIND & MANAGE — build and organize your target list
• Prospect search — Search LinkedIn directly with basic filters (keywords, title, company, location) or the advanced Sales Navigator and Recruiter filters (seniority, headcount, industry, skills, 'open to work', and more), e.g. 'VP of Sales at 51–200-person SaaS companies in Germany.'
• Save & manage audiences — Save search results, import a CSV, or bring in a Sales Navigator lead list, then reuse those audiences across campaigns.
• Prospect enrichment — Pull a fuller picture of a prospect (current role and tenure, top skills, education, how you're connected, follower count) onto their record before you reach out.

UNIFIED INBOX — handle every reply in one place
• Reply without switching to LinkedIn — Read and answer LinkedIn conversations right here, e.g. clear your morning replies in one pass.
• Voice notes and file attachments — Record a short spoken reply or send a PDF, deck, or image straight into the conversation, e.g. a 30-second voice note as a warm first reply.
• Emoji reactions, edit, and delete — React to a message with an emoji, fix a typo in a message you sent, or delete one — the same quick actions you'd use inside LinkedIn.
• Read receipts — See when your message was sent, delivered, and read, so you know whether a nudge would help.
• Accept or decline incoming connection requests — Review invitations other people send you, read their note, and accept or decline — all from the inbox.

SAFETY & ACCOUNTS — protect what can't be replaced
• Automatic warm-up and a multi-week ramp per account — Every account starts gentle and ramps up gradually, so activity always looks natural.
• Safe daily and hourly limits — Sending, viewing, endorsing, and posting are each paced within safe limits per account; when you hit a day's limit, activity simply resumes the next day.
• A dedicated proxy per account — Each connected account gets its own dedicated IP (choose from 40+ countries), never a shared one.
• Multi-account rotation — Run a campaign across several connected accounts with round-robin, weighted, or random distribution — and each lead stays 'sticky' to the same account for a consistent experience. A banned account can't be recovered, so account safety always comes before speed.

ANALYTICS — see what's working
• Cross-account analytics — Track your funnel (invites sent, accepted, replied) and per-account health across all connected accounts in one view, e.g. spot which account has the best acceptance rate. Export to CSV for your own reporting.

Getting started: make sure you're on a paid plan, add a LinkedIn seat from Billing, connect your account under LinkedIn > Accounts, build an audience with Find LinkedIn Prospects, then create your campaign under LinkedIn > Campaigns. See the other LinkedIn guides in this section for step-by-step details on each capability above.
