Browser extension or Cloud seat — which one?
WarmySender LinkedIn comes two ways. The free option runs from your browser. A Cloud seat is the paid add-on and keeps running with your laptop closed. You can use both in one workspace. A single campaign uses one or the other.
Comparison:
Price
• From your browser: included. Pro 1 account, Enterprise 4, Ultimate 10. A trial includes the allowance of the plan you are trying. AppSumo lifetime plans: not included.
• Cloud seat: $12/seat/month, $120/seat/year a year (17% off), or $288/seat for 3 years for 3 years. Unlimited seats. Seats added before July 6, 2026 keep the rate they were created at.
Where it runs
• From your browser: in your own browser, on your own connection, while the browser is open and you are signed in to LinkedIn. Works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera and Vivaldi. Firefox and Safari aren't supported yet. To run LinkedIn without one of these browsers, use a Cloud seat.
• Cloud seat: around the clock, with your laptop closed, on a dedicated connection in your country.
What it runs
• From your browser: LinkedIn-only campaigns — connection requests, messages and inbox sync. One account per campaign.
• Cloud seat: those LinkedIn actions, plus profile views, multichannel sequences (email + LinkedIn), multi-account rotation, InMail, post engagement and skill endorsements.
If the browser closes
• From your browser: the campaign waits. Nothing is lost.
• Cloud seat: it keeps going. You do not leave a browser open.
Safety
• Both use the same safe daily limits and warm-up as every account. The scheduler paces every action. Nothing sends outside those limits, whether you started the campaign yourself or an AI agent did.
When to choose the free extension:
- You only need LinkedIn connection requests, messages and inbox sync.
- You can leave the browser open and stay signed in to LinkedIn while it runs.
- You want it included with Pro, Enterprise, Ultimate, or the matching trial.
When to choose a Cloud seat:
- You want LinkedIn to keep running with the laptop closed.
- The sequence mixes email and LinkedIn.
- One campaign should rotate across more than one LinkedIn account.
- You need InMail, post likes or comments, or skill endorsements.
Example: a consultant on Pro installs the free extension and runs a LinkedIn-only invite campaign during the workday. That uses the 1 included account. The same person later wants a sequence that views a profile, sends an invite, and emails anyone who has not accepted after three days, including overnight. That sequence needs a Cloud seat. The free extension will not run it.
Example: an agency on Enterprise has 4 free browser accounts, one per client LinkedIn login, each in its own LinkedIn-only campaign. A fifth client, or any campaign that rotates two accounts, needs a Cloud seat for each extra account.

Frequently asked questions:
Can I have both?
Yes. Free browser accounts up to your plan's allowance, and as many Cloud seats as you add. Each campaign uses one kind.
Is the Cloud seat price changing?
No. It stays a paid add-on at the prices above, with unlimited seats.
Do AppSumo plans include the free extension?
No. AppSumo tiers are not part of that deal. LinkedIn on an AppSumo plan is the Cloud seat add-on.
