LinkedIn Safety Limits & Protection
WarmySender protects your LinkedIn account with multiple layers of safety:
Rate Limiting:
- 2 actions per minute per account (universal hard limit)
- Daily and weekly limits vary by account type and ramp stage (see below)
Account-Type Limits (weekly invites / daily messages hard cap):
- Free: 150 invites/week, 100 messages/day
- Premium: 200 invites/week, 150 messages/day
- Sales Navigator: 200 invites/week, 150 messages/day
- Recruiter: 200 invites/week, 150 messages/day
Ramp-Up Period:
Limits start low and increase over 4 weeks. Actual daily limits ramp gradually per account type — for example, a Free account ramps from ~15 invites/day in week 1 to ~40/day at full ramp. The system calculates your exact daily limits based on your account age.
Strategy-Based Limits (additional layer):
- New Account (6 weeks): max 150 invites/week, 75 messages/day
- Established (4 weeks): max 175 invites/week, 85 messages/day
- Veteran (2 weeks): max 200 invites/week, 100 messages/day
- Recovery (8 weeks): max 100 invites/week, 50 messages/day
- The system takes the MINIMUM of account-type and strategy limits
Safety Mechanisms:
- If API calls fail repeatedly, LinkedIn operations are automatically paused to prevent account restrictions
- Errors trigger increasing delays between retry attempts
- The system monitors for LinkedIn restriction signals and pauses proactively
Account Restriction Handling:
- If LinkedIn restricts your account, all campaigns are auto-paused immediately
- After 2+ restrictions, the system switches to Recovery strategy (most conservative)
- Campaigns do NOT auto-resume after restrictions — you must manually verify and resume
