Find LinkedIn Prospects
Use Find LinkedIn Prospects to search LinkedIn directly from WarmySender:
Basic Search Filters (all account types):
- Keywords — Free text search matching names, headlines, bios
- Job Title — Filter by specific titles (e.g., 'VP of Sales', 'CTO')
- Company — Search within a specific company
- Location — Filter by geographic region
Filters Requiring Sales Navigator or Recruiter:
- Industry — Filter by industry vertical (not available on Basic or Premium LinkedIn accounts)
Filters Requiring Recruiter:
- Network Degree — 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree connections (Recruiter account only)
Sales Navigator Filters (requires Sales Navigator account):
- Seniority Level — Owner, Partner, CXO, VP, Director, Manager, Senior, Entry
- Company Headcount — 1-10, 11-50, 51-200, 201-500, 501-1000, 1001-5000, 5001-10000, 10000+
- Years in Current Position / Company / Experience (min/max ranges)

Recruiter Filters (requires Recruiter account):

- Open to Work, Has Resume, Willing to Relocate
Multi-Term & Boolean-Style Searching:
- For keyword searches, enter multiple terms separated by spaces — the search matches profiles containing any of the terms.
- To search for an exact phrase, enclose it in quotes: "VP of Sales" matches that exact title.
- Use commas to search for multiple roles or companies: 'CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Product' searches for all three.
- Combine multiple filters for precise targeting: set Title to 'CEO', Industry to 'Technology', and Location to 'San Francisco' to find tech CEOs in SF.
- LinkedIn's native boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) work in keyword fields when available through your LinkedIn subscription.
- Sales Navigator provides the most powerful filtering — with 15+ filter types that can be combined for highly targeted prospecting.
Using Search Results:
- Results show matching profiles with name, headline, company, and location
- Select individual profiles or use 'Select All'
- Click 'Add to Audience' to save selected profiles for use in LinkedIn campaigns
- Daily search limits apply (100 searches/hour per workspace) to protect your account
