Multi-Account LinkedIn Setup
WarmySender supports connecting multiple LinkedIn accounts within the same workspace, each requiring its own LinkedIn seat. You can use all of them inside a single campaign so the work is shared automatically — no need to copy a campaign once per account.
How Multi-Account Works:
- Each LinkedIn account = 1 LinkedIn seat ($9/month per seat, max 10 seats per workspace).
- All accounts in the same workspace share prospects, audiences, and campaigns.
- Each account is automatically detected as Free, Premium, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter based on its subscription.
Using Multiple LinkedIn Accounts in One Campaign (Step by Step):
- Go to Campaigns > New Campaign.
- Choose LinkedIn as the channel.
- On the first step, you will see your connected LinkedIn accounts as a checklist. Tick every account you want to send from (or use 'Select All').
- Once you select more than one account, a Rotation option appears. Choose Round Robin for an even, balanced split.
- Finish building your steps (invite, follow-up message, and so on) and launch.
What Round Robin Does:
- WarmySender splits your audience across the accounts you selected so that each lead is contacted by only ONE account — never by all of them at once.
- This spreads the work evenly, so no single account is overloaded, and every account stays within its own safe daily and weekly limits.
- A lead stays with the same account for the whole sequence — the account that sends the invite is the one that sends the follow-ups, so the conversation always comes from one consistent person.
Quick Example:
- You connect 3 LinkedIn accounts and add 300 leads to one campaign with Round Robin.
- WarmySender hands roughly 100 leads to each account.
- Each lead gets the invite and follow-ups from a single account — never three invites from three accounts.
- Each account works through its own ~100 leads at its own safe pace.
Availability:
- Using multiple accounts in one campaign is included on every paid plan (Pro and up).
- Each LinkedIn account you add needs its own $9/month seat.
Using Sales Navigator from a Different Account:
- You can use one LinkedIn account with Sales Navigator for searching and a different account (or accounts) for sending.
- Connect both accounts to your workspace (2 seats required).
- Use the Sales Navigator account to run searches and build audiences (LinkedIn > Search).
- Audiences are workspace-scoped, so any account in the workspace can use any audience when you build a campaign.
Account Type Detection:
- Account type is auto-detected based on your LinkedIn subscription: Free, Premium, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter.
- Each type has different search capabilities and daily limits.
- Account capabilities are checked via LinkedIn > Accounts > each account shows its detected type.
Premium Cookie Setup:
- For Sales Navigator or Recruiter features to work properly, you may need to provide a premium cookie (li_a) during account connection.
- This is optional but recommended for full Sales Navigator search filter access.
Best Practices:
- Use your Sales Navigator account exclusively for searches and audience building.
- Use separate accounts for campaign sending to keep your Sales Navigator account safe.
- Don't overload a single account — distribute campaigns across 2-3 accounts for safety.
