Run multichannel outreach with an AI agent

Describe the campaign in plain language — who you are reaching, which channels, what each step says, how long to wait — and your agent builds it across cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp, then hands it to WarmySender's scheduler. Each channel then paces itself inside its own limits. That last clause is the important one: running four channels does not let you send more. It lets you reach the same person in more than one place.

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent — or any agent that speaks MCP — can all do this. And on every channel the same two rules hold: your agent never sends a message, an invite or a DM itself, and it can never raise a limit.

Which channels can my agent set up?

What an agent can build per channel, what it needs first, and whose limits apply.
Channel Your agent can Needs first The limit that applies
Cold email Create, launch, pause, resume, enroll, and set the sending window and daily limits A connected mailbox Your per-mailbox daily limit, the mailbox's combined warmup-and-cold budget, your domain's ceiling and your plan's allowance — lowest wins
LinkedIn Create, launch, pause, resume, enroll — plus posts and recruiter jobs A LinkedIn seat and a connected account The account's daily and hourly ceilings, plus the gradual ramp on newer accounts
Instagram Create, launch, pause, resume, enroll An Instagram seat and a connected account One shared daily and hourly action budget covering follows, profile views, likes, comments and DMs together
WhatsApp Create, launch, pause, resume, enroll A connected WhatsApp number The number's own daily pace and ramp
Every channel Report on what happened, and explain why a channel was quiet today Connecting or disconnecting an account is never an agent action

Does adding channels let me send more?

No, and it is worth being blunt about it because the category implies otherwise. Each channel carries its own budget, and those budgets do not pool. Adding LinkedIn to an email campaign does not give the mailbox more room; it gives you a second, different touchpoint for the same person. Adding Instagram does not lift LinkedIn's ceiling. Nobody's numbers move because a campaign has more steps in it.

What multichannel genuinely buys you is relevance and timing — a connection request that follows an email that went unanswered reads differently from a fourth email. That is the real gain, and it is a good one. It is just not extra volume.

Each channel's canonical numbers live in one place: cold email volume, LinkedIn limits and account tiers, and Instagram sending limits.

What does a multichannel prompt look like?

Name four things and let your agent fill in the rest: who, which channels, what each step says, and the timing between them.

Your agent can also verify the email addresses first and build the campaign from the ones that came back clean — see verify emails with an AI agent.

Who decides the pacing?

WarmySender does, per channel, exactly as it would if you had built the campaign by hand. The email side spreads sends across your sending window; the LinkedIn side spaces actions and holds to the account's ramp; Instagram draws every follow, view, like, comment and DM from one shared action budget rather than letting any single type run hot; WhatsApp keeps its own pace. Nothing about that changes because an agent asked.

So a multichannel campaign your agent launches does not fire four channels at once on day one. It works through each channel at that channel's own speed, which is why a well-built multichannel sequence looks like a slow, steady drip rather than a burst.

Can I ask why nothing sent today?

Yes, and it is one of the most useful things to ask. "Why did this campaign send nothing yesterday?" gets a plain answer: the sending window had not opened, the daily limit was already used, a channel was resting and when it resumes, people were skipped because they were on your suppression list, or a LinkedIn profile link was missing. Your agent reads that back in ordinary language rather than leaving you to guess.

Frequently asked questions

Which channels can my AI agent set up?

Cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp. On each one it can create the campaign, set the steps, launch it, pause and resume it, and enroll people. LinkedIn and Instagram each need their seat and a connected account first, and WhatsApp needs a connected number — connecting is the one thing that always stays with you in the app.

Does running multichannel let me send more?

No. Each channel keeps its own budget and they do not pool: adding LinkedIn does not give your mailbox more room, and adding Instagram does not lift LinkedIn's ceiling. What multichannel buys you is a second, different touchpoint for the same person — better relevance and timing, not extra volume.

Who decides the pacing in a multichannel campaign?

WarmySender's scheduler, per channel, exactly as it would if you had built the campaign yourself. Emails spread across your sending window inside your daily limits; LinkedIn actions are spaced and held to the account's ramp; Instagram draws every action type from one shared budget; WhatsApp keeps its own pace. An agent launching the campaign changes none of it.

Can my agent add a channel to an existing campaign?

Yes — ask it to add the step and it edits the campaign in place, leaving the rest as it is. If the new channel needs a seat or a connected account you do not have yet, your agent will tell you rather than silently skipping the step, and connecting the account is the part you do in the app.

Can I ask my agent why a campaign sent nothing today?

Yes, and it is one of the best uses of a connected agent. It reads back the real reason in plain language: the sending window had not opened, the daily limit was already used, a channel is resting and when it resumes, people were skipped because they are on your suppression list, or a profile link was missing.

Does my agent send the messages on any channel?

Never, on any channel. It builds and launches; WarmySender sends, at each channel's own safe pace. It also cannot raise a limit anywhere, and it cannot connect or disconnect a mailbox, a social account or a phone number.
