Use the lead database with an AI agent
Ask Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, OpenClaw or Hermes Agent — or any agent that speaks MCP — to search WarmySender's built-in database of 200M+ USA and Canadian business records, save what it finds as a list, and build the campaign around it. Searching and browsing are free and never spend anything; a credit is spent only when a new lead is actually saved or exported. Your agent never sends a message and can never raise a limit.
The reason this is worth doing through an agent is the awkward middle: finding people, cleaning the list and building a campaign are three separate chores that normally happen in three places. In one conversation it is one sentence — "find me 200 marketing directors at software companies in Ontario, verify them, and build a three-step campaign for the ones that come back clean."
What can my agent search for?
| Ask for this | What happens | Does it cost anything? |
|---|---|---|
| Search by role or job title, company, industry, or location | Your agent runs the search and reads back what it found — how many, and what they look like | Free. Searching, filtering and paging never spend anything |
| Narrow it down | Country, city, postcode, and street-level for the US and Canada, plus company size and industry | Free |
| "Save the good ones as a list" | The records are saved to your workspace with their full details revealed, ready to enroll | One credit per new lead saved. Re-saving a lead you already have is free, and a record without an email is not charged |
| "Export that list" | Your agent exports it for use elsewhere | Same rule — one credit per new lead, nothing for ones you already own |
| "Verify them" | Your agent checks the saved addresses and reports which are safe to send to | Draws on your verification allowance, one credit per confirmed result |
| "Now build the campaign" | Your agent creates the campaign, enrolls the list and starts it | Nothing extra — and WarmySender, not your agent, sends every message at your safe pace |
| "Spend my whole month today" | Not possible. Your monthly leads are spread evenly across the month by design | Lead credits are the deliberate way around that — they never expire and skip the daily pace |
Why can't my agent read the emails before I save?
Because that is what saving is for. Every record stays masked until it is saved or exported, so browsing costs you nothing and you only ever spend a credit on the contacts you actually intend to pursue. Your agent can search all day, describe what it found, and narrow the list five times over without touching your allowance — the meter starts when you say "save these".
It is worth using that. Ask for the count before the save: "How many people match that before we commit any credits?"
Why is my monthly allowance spread across the month?
On purpose. Your plan's monthly leads are released evenly — roughly the monthly total divided across the month — so a single afternoon cannot consume everything and leave you with nothing for three weeks. It is a pacing decision, not a throttle to work around, and it applies identically whether you or an agent is doing the saving.
When you genuinely need a large list in one go, that is what lead credits are for: they never expire and they are not held to the daily pace. Your agent can tell you what you have available before you start.
Are these leads ready to email?
Treat every saved lead as unverified until you have checked it. A database record is a record of a person and a company — it is not a statement about whether that mailbox will accept mail today. People change jobs, addresses get retired, and sending to a stale list is the fastest way to raise your bounce rate and damage the domain you have spent weeks warming up.
So the habit is always the same, and it is one sentence for your agent: "Save these, verify them, and build the campaign from the ones that came back safe to send." See verify emails with an AI agent.
What can't an agent do here?
- Spend faster than the daily pace. Asking twice does not release more of your monthly allowance.
- Buy credits. Anything that touches billing stays with you in the app.
- Send to anyone. It builds and launches; WarmySender sends, at your safe pace.
- Raise a limit. Not a sending cap, not a verification allowance, not a lead allowance.
- Promise an address is good. Only verification tells you that, and even then it will say so honestly when a mailbox cannot be confirmed either way.
Prompts worth trying
- "How many operations managers at logistics companies in Texas are in the database? Don't save anything yet."
- "Save the first 150 of those to a list called 'TX logistics', then verify them."
- "Which of those came back safe to send? Build a two-step campaign for them from my warmed mailbox and start it on Monday."
- "How many leads do I have left this month, and how many credits?"
- "Export the 'TX logistics' list."
Frequently asked questions
Which AI agents can search the lead database?
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent, plus any agent that speaks MCP. One WarmySender key works with all of them. The lead database is available on Pro plans and up.
What can my agent search by?
Role or job title, company, industry, company size, and location — country, city, postcode, and street-level detail for the US and Canada. Searching, filtering and paging are completely free and never spend any of your allowance, so it costs nothing to narrow a search half a dozen times before you commit.
How are my lead credits spent when an agent does the saving?
Exactly as they are in the app: one credit per new lead saved or exported. Re-saving a lead you already own is free, and a record without an email address is not charged at all. Records stay masked until they are saved, which is why browsing costs nothing.
Why can't my agent save my whole monthly allowance in one go?
Your plan's monthly leads are released evenly across the month by design, so one afternoon cannot consume everything and leave you empty for three weeks. That pacing applies whether you or an agent is saving. When you genuinely need a big list at once, lead credits are the answer — they never expire and are not held to the daily pace.
Are leads from the database already verified?
Treat them as unverified. A record tells you about a person and a company; it does not tell you whether that mailbox will accept mail today. Ask your agent to verify a saved list before you send to it, and build the campaign from the addresses that come back clean.
Can my agent build a campaign from what it found?
Yes — search, save, verify, create the campaign, enroll the list and start it, all in one conversation. Starting it hands the campaign to WarmySender's scheduler, which paces every email inside your sending window, your per-mailbox daily limit and your domain's ceiling. Your agent never sends a message itself.
