What happened to the Business plan?
We've simplified WarmySender's plan lineup to three plans — Pro, Enterprise, and Ultimate — so it's easier to pick the right one. As part of that, the Business plan is no longer offered to new customers. If you're already on the Business plan, this does not affect you: your plan, your price, your renewal, your mailbox limit, your workspaces, and every feature stay exactly as they are.
WarmySender is a 4-pillar outreach platform — Cold Emailing, Email Warmup, LinkedIn Outreach, and Multichannel sequences. This change is only about which plans are available to choose at sign-up; it doesn't change what the platform does.
I'm already on the Business plan — what changes for me?
Nothing changes. You keep the Business plan with the same monthly or annual price you signed up at, the same renewal schedule, the same mailbox limit, the same number of workspaces and team members, and every feature you have today. You don't need to do anything, and there's no deadline to move off it — you can stay on Business for as long as you like.
If you ever decide you'd like to change plans, you can switch to Pro, Enterprise, or Ultimate any time from Settings → Billing. That's entirely your choice — we won't move you automatically.
Can I still sign up for the Business plan?
No — the Business plan is closed to new sign-ups. When you choose a plan today, you'll see three options: Pro, Enterprise, and Ultimate. This applies whether you're a brand-new customer or an existing customer who is choosing a paid plan for the first time.
Which plan should I choose instead?
Here's a quick way to think about the three current plans:
| Plan | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | $14.99/mo (or $6.74/mo billed annually) | Solo founders and small teams getting started with cold email, warmup, and LinkedIn outreach. Ships with a 7-day free trial — no credit card needed. |
| Enterprise | $69.99/mo (or $31.49/mo billed annually) | Agencies and higher-volume senders who need more mailboxes, more sending, and more workspaces. This is the natural next step up from Pro. |
| Ultimate | $199/mo (or $89.55/mo billed annually) | Power users running large, multi-account outreach at scale — the most mailboxes, the most workspaces, and the highest sending volume. |
If you would previously have chosen Business for more mailboxes or for running more than one workspace, Enterprise is the plan that covers that now. Most individuals and small teams are very comfortable on Pro. The live, up-to-date prices and plan limits are always on the pricing page — if anything here ever drifts, the pricing page is the source of truth.
Does this affect the LinkedIn add-on?
No. LinkedIn Outreach is a $20/seat per-month add-on (one seat per connected LinkedIn account) and it's available on every paid plan, exactly as before. You can read more in LinkedIn seat billing.
Frequently asked questions
I'm on the Business plan — does this affect me?
No. If you're already on the Business plan, nothing changes. You keep your plan, your price, your renewal date, your mailbox limit, your workspaces and team members, and every feature you have today. There's no deadline and no action needed on your part — you can stay on Business for as long as you like.
Can I still sign up for the Business plan?
No — the Business plan is no longer available to new customers. When you choose a plan, you'll see three options: Pro, Enterprise, and Ultimate.
Why did you discontinue the Business plan?
We simplified the lineup to three clear plans so it's easier to pick the right one. Pro covers most individuals and small teams, Enterprise is the step up for agencies and higher-volume senders who need more mailboxes and workspaces, and Ultimate is for large-scale, multi-account outreach.
Which plan should I pick instead of Business?
If you would have picked Business mainly for more mailboxes or more than one workspace, Enterprise is the plan that covers that now. If your needs are lighter, Pro is a great starting point and comes with a 7-day free trial. The pricing page always shows the current limits for each plan.
Will my price change if I stay on Business?
No. Your Business plan price and renewal stay exactly as they are. Discontinuing the plan for new sign-ups does not change anything about your existing subscription.
Can I switch from Business to one of the new plans?
Yes, any time — it's your choice. You can move to Pro, Enterprise, or Ultimate from Settings → Billing whenever you like. We will never switch you automatically; if you do nothing, you simply stay on Business.
If I leave Business, can I come back to it later?
Because the Business plan is closed to new sign-ups, the available plans to choose are Pro, Enterprise, and Ultimate. If you're weighing a change, the simplest approach is to stay on Business until you're confident one of the current plans fits your needs better.
