Every reply, every channel, one place

When a prospect replies on any channel in your sequence, the remaining steps stop on every channel — the email follow-up, the LinkedIn message, the Instagram DM and the WhatsApp message all stand down together. That single behaviour is what makes multichannel outreach safe to run rather than annoying to receive: nobody who has already answered you keeps getting chased somewhere else.

The Unified Inbox is where those answers land. Cold email replies, LinkedIn messages, Instagram DMs and WhatsApp messages arrive in one screen, in the thread they belong to, with the campaign that earned them attached — so you can read, reply, attach a file and close the loop without opening four different apps.

What lands in the inbox?

Four channels, each on its own tab, all in one place:

TabWhat arrivesWhat you need
Email Replies to your cold email campaigns, read from the same mailbox that sent the message, kept in the original thread. Included with every paid plan.
LinkedIn Messages, replies and incoming connection requests from your connected LinkedIn accounts. A LinkedIn seat, $15/seat/month.
Instagram Instagram DMs and message requests from your connected Instagram accounts. An Instagram seat, $20/seat/month.
WhatsApp WhatsApp chats, including voice notes and media. A WhatsApp seat, $15/seat/mo.

Every tab is always visible. If you haven't added a channel yet the tab explains what it does and what it costs rather than quietly disappearing, so you always know what the inbox could be showing you.

Warmup mail never appears here. Warm-up messages travel between mailboxes on their own and are kept out of the inbox entirely, so what you see is your actual outreach and nothing else.

What happens when someone replies on one channel?

Their whole sequence stops — not just the channel they answered on.

A prospect enrolled in a multichannel sequence might be due a follow-up email on Tuesday, a LinkedIn message on Thursday and an Instagram DM the week after. The moment they reply to the email, the LinkedIn and Instagram steps stop too, and the same is true in every other direction: a LinkedIn reply stops the email and the DMs, a WhatsApp reply stops the rest. There is one shared list of channels that stop-on-reply covers — cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and any multichannel sequence that spans them — so a channel can never be quietly left out of the promise.

Nothing is deleted when a sequence stops. The prospect keeps their history, their thread stays in the inbox, and you can put them back into the sequence later if the stop was a mistake.

How stop-on-reply works across channels is the full walkthrough, including what "a reply" means, why an out-of-office doesn't count, and how to resume.

What counts as a reply?

A message a human actually wrote back to you. That is the standard, and everything else follows from it:

Opens and clicks are never treated as replies either — they tell you the message was seen, not that the conversation started.

Does an out-of-office count?

No. An out-of-office is a mail system answering on someone's behalf, not the person answering you, so it never stops a sequence and never counts toward your reply rate.

The message still shows up in your inbox and stays in the prospect's history — it is filed as an automatic reply rather than as a reply from the person. That distinction is recorded rather than thrown away, so nothing disappears and you can always see exactly what arrived and when.

Detection is never going to be perfect, so there is a manual override in both directions. If an autoresponder was mistaken for a real reply, "Resume sequence" on the campaign's Prospects tab puts the prospect back on track; relabelling a thread as an out-of-office in the inbox does the same thing. Either way the sequence picks up at the next step the prospect has not already received — an email that has already gone out can never go out twice — and the next step is scheduled at the campaign's normal pace inside its normal sending window, not fired immediately.

Full detail in does an out-of-office reply stop my campaign?

Can I reply from here, and can I attach a file?

Yes to both. Replies are sent from the account that owns the conversation — the same mailbox that sent the original email, or the same connected LinkedIn, Instagram or WhatsApp account — so the prospect sees one continuous conversation with one person.

The email composer is a rich-text editor: bold, links, bulleted lists, tables. Attachments are supported on email replies, and WhatsApp carries media and voice notes. Merge tags are deliberately not available in a reply — a one-to-one answer is written by you, so a placeholder would be delivered exactly as typed rather than filled in.

What if someone asks to be removed?

Replying is a valid way to opt out, and it works. When a prospect writes back asking to be removed, that request is recognised before the reply is filed — they are opted out, suppressed from future sends, and their sequence ends. They do not have to hunt for a link.

You choose how the opt-out is offered in your campaign emails: a link, or a reply instruction that points at your own sending address. You also write the sentence yourself, so the wording matches your voice instead of reading like a mailing-list footer. What you cannot do is remove the opt-out altogether — it is a guaranteed outcome, and only its shape and wording are yours to choose. See the opt-out link in campaign emails.

Can an AI agent read or send from my inbox?

No — and that is deliberate. There is no tool that lets a connected agent read your inbox threads or send a reply on your behalf. Conversations with real people who have already answered you stay yours to read and answer in the app.

What an agent can do is everything around the inbox. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, OpenClaw, or Hermes Agent — or any agent that speaks MCP — and it can build, launch, pause and resume cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp campaigns, create and enroll prospects, verify email addresses, configure warmup and read your stats, all in plain language. Even then the agent never sends a message, DM or invite itself and can never raise a limit: creating or launching a campaign only writes it and hands it to WarmySender's scheduler, which paces every email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp action inside safe caps and the gradual ramp no matter who triggered it. Connecting and disconnecting accounts stays in the app.

More on that in AI agents and connect your AI agent.

Which plans include it?

The inbox itself is part of WarmySender — there is no separate charge for it. The email tab works on every paid plan, alongside cold email, email warmup and real-time email verification.

The three add-on channels light up when you add that channel's seat: LinkedIn at $15/seat/month, Instagram at $20/seat/month, and WhatsApp at $15/seat/mo. Add a seat and that tab starts filling immediately, with no change to your campaigns. Current plans and add-on prices are on pricing.
