Track your outreach performance from the Analytics page:
Overview Dashboard:
- 4 KPI cards: Total Sent, Open Rate, Reply Rate, Bounce Rate (each with % change vs. prior period)
- LinkedIn metrics: Invites Sent, Accepted, Accept Rate, Messages Sent
- Engagement Funnel: Visual funnel showing Sent → Opened → Clicked → Replied → Positive
- Quick Stats: Positive Replies, Delivery Rate, Unsubscribed, Click Rate
- Top 5 Campaigns Leaderboard: ranked by performance
- Performance Area Chart: sends and engagement over time
Analytics Tabs:
- Campaigns — Per-campaign table with sent, open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, positive reply rate. Bar chart of top 10.
- Mailboxes — Domain health table (SPF/DKIM/DMARC check status, bounce rate) and per-mailbox performance cards (health score, daily capacity, warmup rate).
- Templates — Per-template performance: sends, open rate, reply rate, positive reply rate.
- Segments — Prospect funnel (total → contacted → replied → positive → bounced → unsubscribed) and breakdowns by Industry, Role, Country.
- Warmup — Active mailboxes, average success rate, emails warmed today, average health score. Per-mailbox status table with level badge, daily progress, success rate.
- Deliverability — Inbox rate trend chart, domain health matrix, per-mailbox inbox rate heatmap.
- LinkedIn — Detailed LinkedIn metrics panel.
Date Range: 7 days, 14 days, 30 days (default), 90 days.
Channel Filter: All / Email / LinkedIn.
CSV Export: Download analytics data as CSV for external analysis.
Key Benchmarks:
- Open Rate: Aim for 40%+ (below 20% = improve subject lines)
- Reply Rate: Aim for 5%+ (below 2% = improve email copy)
- Bounce Rate: Keep below 3% (above 5% = verify your email list)
- LinkedIn Accept Rate: Aim for 30%+ (below 15% = improve targeting)
