Unified Inbox
The Unified Inbox aggregates all campaign replies across email and LinkedIn in one place:
Two Channels:
- Campaigns tab — Email replies from all your campaign sends
- LinkedIn tab — LinkedIn conversations from all connected accounts (shown when LinkedIn accounts are connected)
Filtering:
- Views: 'All Campaigns' and 'Needs Reply' (threads without your response)
- Status: Open or Snoozed
- Sentiment: Positive, Negative, Neutral, Out-of-Office, Spam, Uncategorized
- Filter by specific mailbox or campaign
- Active filter chips shown above the thread list (click to clear)
Thread View:
- Click any thread to see the full conversation history
- HTML emails rendered safely with sanitization
- Shows which campaign and step triggered the conversation
- Timestamps, read/unread status, and starred indicator
Replying:
- Reply directly from the Unified Inbox — no need to switch to your email client
- Select which mailbox to reply from
- For LinkedIn: reply from your connected LinkedIn account
Sentiment Tagging:
- Auto-detected sentiment on incoming replies
- Manually override: Positive, Negative, Neutral, Out-of-Office, Spam
- Sentiment data feeds into Analytics for reply quality tracking
Bulk Operations:
- Select multiple threads
- Bulk mark as read
- Bulk archive
Sync:
- Click 'Sync' to manually trigger an inbox refresh across all mailboxes
- Email threads sync automatically during scheduled inbox scans (every hour)
- LinkedIn conversations auto-refresh every 30 seconds
Thread Notes:
Add internal team notes to any thread — visible only to your workspace members, not sent to the prospect.
