Why an Account Can Show Connected but Stop Sending

Every LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram account you connect is re-checked with the network itself on a regular schedule — roughly every 30 minutes — rather than trusting what we last saw. If a session has quietly lapsed on the network's side, the account stops showing as Connected and switches to 'Reconnect needed' within about half an hour, and any campaign using it pauses instead of pretending to send.

Why an account can go quiet without you doing anything:

What you'll see when this happens:

  1. The account shows 'Reconnect needed' on its channel page (LinkedIn > Accounts, WhatsApp > Numbers, or Instagram > Accounts).
  2. Campaigns using that account pause on their own. Nothing is lost — remaining prospects stay queued in place.
  3. You get an email letting you know which account needs attention.

What to do:

  1. Open the channel page and find the account marked 'Reconnect needed'.
  2. Click Reconnect and complete the short flow — for LinkedIn and Instagram that's signing in again and clearing any security check; for WhatsApp it's re-scanning the code under Settings > Linked devices.
  3. Once it reads Connected again, resume your campaigns from the campaign page. They pick up exactly where they stopped, with the same prospects and the same sending pace.
