Connect Microsoft 365 with Sign in with Microsoft
Yes. WarmySender connects a Microsoft 365 mailbox with Sign in with Microsoft.
Example. You added [email protected] from a host that only allows Microsoft sign-in, by typing a password. The Mailboxes page says to choose Reconnect with Microsoft. Here is what to do.
- Stay on Mailboxes. Do not delete the mailbox. Deleting it throws away its warmup history.
- On that row, click Reconnect with Microsoft. The same button is in the row menu and in the mailbox details.
- Sign in to Microsoft as [email protected] and approve access. The same mailbox stays in place, with its warmup history and settings.
- Repeat for each mailbox. Microsoft asks you to approve each mailbox yourself, so there is no button that signs all of them in at once. When two or more are waiting, the Mailboxes page offers Reconnect with Microsoft for the group and walks you through them one after another. You come back to WarmySender after each approval and the next address is ready.
- Bulk Reconnect does not sign these in. It tells you to use Reconnect with Microsoft on each row.
A mailbox you connect for the first time uses Add Mailbox and Sign in with Microsoft. If that address is already in your account, the sign-in keeps the existing mailbox instead of adding a second copy.
