Find Your Ideal Leads with Filters
Find your ideal B2B leads fast by stacking filters in the built-in Leads Database. Each filter you add narrows the results, so combining a few turns hundreds of millions of contacts into a focused shortlist of decision-makers — then save the shortlist to a list and launch a campaign from it.
The Filters You Can Use:
- Location — Choose a country first, then optionally a state/province, then a city. Best for regional targeting and keeping time zones consistent in one send.
- Job title — Free-text search for the role wording (e.g. 'Marketing Manager', 'Head of Sales'). This is the richest, best-populated field — almost every contact has a title. Tip: prefer whole words over abbreviations ('vice president' not 'VP', 'human resources' not 'HR').
- Seniority — Target the level of the role regardless of exact wording: C-level, VP, Director, Head, Manager.
- Department — Target the function: Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, HR, and more.
- Verified email only — Limit to contacts whose work email passed a deliverability check (the highest-confidence addresses). Cleaner lists mean fewer bounces, which protects your sender reputation.
- Has LinkedIn — Show only contacts with a LinkedIn profile on record. Ideal for multichannel outreach (email + LinkedIn in the same sequence).
Filters are additive — the more you add, the smaller and more precise the list. A live match count updates as you go, so you can find the balance between 'too broad' and 'too few'.
Three Example Searches:
- Marketing VPs in Canada with a verified email and a LinkedIn profile — Location: Canada · Department: Marketing · Seniority: VP · Verified email only: on · Has LinkedIn: on. A clean, multichannel-ready list of senior marketing decision-makers in one market.
- Founders and CEOs of US companies with a verified email — Location: United States · Seniority: C-level (add the title word 'founder' to widen it) · Verified email only: on. Leave Department off to reach the leader of the whole company.
- HR managers in a specific city — Location: country, then state/province, then city · Department: HR (search 'human resources' in Job title to widen it) · Seniority: Manager. Watch the live count — if a city is too narrow, search the whole state/province instead.
What We Don't Filter On (Yet):
WarmySender's targeting is built around people — role, seniority, department, location, and reachability by email and LinkedIn — and those filters are reliable because that information is well covered. We do NOT currently offer dependable company-size (headcount) or revenue filters: that information is available for only a small fraction of records, so filtering on it would hide most of the contacts you'd want to see and return a misleadingly small list. We've left those filters out rather than quietly drop good leads. If company-size or revenue targeting matters to you, email [email protected] so we can prioritize.
After Filtering:
- Select contacts (individually or all on the page).
- 'Save to List' — add to a new or existing prospect list (you'll see how many were added vs duplicates).
- Create a campaign straight from the list, or export it as a CSV. Saved leads land in the same prospect list a CSV import would create, so sequences, sending limits, warmup, and analytics all work identically. Run the list through the email check before your first send to keep it clean.
